Job description
What you'll do
As production & supply chain innovation lead, you are the key link between production, supply chain, procurement and packaging. You combine operational precision with an innovative mindset and ensure everything runs smoothly from raw material to finished product.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Initiating and implementing process improvements and innovations within production and supply chain
- Analyzing and optimizing production processes for efficiency, cost savings and sustainability
- Planning production and supply chain activities including forecasting ingredients and packaging materials
- Implementing ERP solutions on the shop floor (such as barcode scanning) and optimizing workflows
- Translating sales orders into efficient and feasible production schedules
- Communicating daily with production, packaging and logistics to ensure smooth planning
- Timely planning of raw materials and packaging in collaboration with procurement and QA
- Managing ERP systems and warehouse operations for optimal inventory control
- Identifying and proactively resolving bottlenecks across the chain with a focus on smart system improvements
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety in production and warehouse environments
Job requirements
Who are you?
You are an analytical and structured professional who keeps an overview in a dynamic environment. You switch gears quickly, think ahead and have a passion for process optimization. You bring:
- A hbo/wo degree (or way of thinking), preferably in logistics, engineering or business
- Experience with production planning, preferably in the food, feed or supplements industry
- Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse management
- A keen eye for detail, strong communication skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English, spoken and written

- A market-based gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,500 (based on 36 hours), depending on experience
- 8% holiday pay and 25 vacation days (based on 36 hours)
- Flexible working hours between 07:30 and 18:00. You decide what works best.
