Job description
What you'll do
As an operator in our production department, you are a vital link in the process. You ensure that our sports nutrition and supplements are produced efficiently and with consistent quality. You’ll work in a close-knit team and report to the Production Manager.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating and adjusting production equipment
- Performing quality checks to ensure consistent product quality
- Recording production data and reporting any deviations
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving malfunctions
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organized work environment
- Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process
Job requirements
Who are you?
You are technically skilled, detail-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a hands-on team. In addition, you bring:
- MBO-level education or thinking, preferably in technology or nutrition
- Experience in a production environment (preferably food or supplements) is a plus
- Affinity with machines and strong technical insight
- Accuracy and a focus on quality
- A proactive attitude and team spirit
- Flexibility – you’re happy to step up when needed

- Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,500 (depending on age, education and experience)
