Job description
What you'll do
- Maintaining financial administration in Exact Software
- Managing invoicing, payments, and accounts receivable and payable
- Preparing reports and budgets
- Handling HR and other administrative tasks
- Managing facilities and ensuring the office is always in top shape
- Organizing meetings, events, and other office activities
Job requirements
Who are you?
For this versatile role, we are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented professional in administration and finance, with at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. You thrive in a dynamic environment and value precision, efficiency, and accuracy.
You have a bachelor’s level (hbo / applied science) of education (or equivalent experience) and solid knowledge of administrative and financial processes. You are experienced in handling invoices, expenses, and payments and are familiar with financial software such as Exact Online, Moneybird, or AFAS. You are also confident working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
In addition to financial tasks, you will take on basic HR responsibilities such as maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and other HR administration. You are genuinely interested in HR processes and enjoy contributing actively.
You are problem-solving, proactive, and hands-on. You are highly organized, independent, flexible, and stress-resistant. You like improving processes and contributing to a smoothly running office.
