Although part of Sports Ingredients, your work will be done from NutraPack, its sister company. Job description
What you'll do
As a production employee, you play an important role in the manufacturing process of our sports nutrition products. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to ensure that products are produced and packaged efficiently, hygienically, and safely.
You’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and enjoy contributing ideas for improvement. Together, we make sure our customers receive the quality they’ve come to expect from us.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Operating and refilling production machines and equipment
- Filling, packaging, and labeling products
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace
- Collaborating with colleagues to meet the production schedule
- Actively contributing to improving processes and workflows
Job requirements
Who are you?
You’re someone who enjoys taking initiative and thrives in a production environment where quality comes first. In addition, you:
- Have experience in a production setting, preferably in the food industry
- Are precise and have an eye for detail
- Can handle physical work and have a strong work ethic
- Work well with colleagues but are also capable of working independently
- Are flexible and willing to work in shifts (if needed)
